Join us in the Clark Family Gymnasium. Drop-In programs are free to members. Adult Non-members pay a Drop-In fee $10.50 + HST. Individuals under the age of 18 pay a drop-In fee of $5.00 (+HST).

Stretch & Core Room Drop-In Schedule

Did you know we have TWO studios for you to stretch? The Irving Studio is located just off the wellness centre. The M&M Studio is located downstairs by the main entrance.

Early Years

Early Years Swim (0-5 yrs.) 

This activity is for young children and parents to spend quality time during free play in the leisure pool. Select toys and PFDs are available. Please refer to the Aquatics schedule for dates and times.


Gym Tots (9 mo. – 5 yrs.)

Parents and toddlers play together using equipment designed to challenge a child’s imagination and gross motor abilities. Drop-in fees apply for all non-members. Gym Tots will be in the M&M Studio.

M&M Studio:

Parents & Baby Cardio Time

Parents make some time for themselves in the Wellness Centre while accompanied by their infant. Children must be safely secured in an infant car seat. *Please note this requires an adult or family membership.

Youth

Family Swim (All ages)

Children under 9 must have an adult in the water. Youth 10-11 years must have a parent or guardian on the pool deck. Pool toys and flotation devices are available. For more information, please refer to our Pool Admission Standards and Pool Rules. For days and times, please refer to our Aquatics Schedule.


AquaFun (Ages 6 – 12) 

An aquafitness class aimed for youth 6-12 years. Children will get to participate in a group fitness class geared for their age group and fitness level. Music will be young, hip, and inspiring for working out! Class length is approximately 20 minutes, and features low-impact exercises that focus on cardiovascular fitness. This class hopes to inspire your child to become interested in group fitness and encourage them to continue being physically active into their teens, for a healthy mind, body, and soul.

Caregivers may choose to get in the water OR must be present in the gallery during the entirety of the class. Leisure pool floor height will be adjusted so that youth participants can comfortably stand. To see when it runs, visit us under Aquatics Schedules


Youth Playground

The YMCA outdoor playground is reserved daily for YMCA programs.

Monday – Friday

7:30am – 5:30pm

It is open to members both evenings & weekends.
