Includes bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity similar to HIIT. This class will also include functional fitness, such as full body, multi joint exercises that simulate movements people do in life.
classes provide you with various exercises, working your entire body.
You will use equipment not typical to other fitness classes, such as battle ropes,
medicine balls and agility ladders.
A fifty minutes of spinning through every type of terrain, improving your cardio and lower body strength.
Friday Night Dance Party!
No need for a nightclub to get out and dance! Come to the Y for some great music, energy inspired by Corey and dance your cares away!
Full Body Conditioning
is designed to burn fat while building strength and endurance of the body as a whole. Exercises and programming will involve (but not limited to) body weight exercises, cardio and band work, while finishing it off with core training and active stretching to ensure that we are improving/maintaining our ROM in each joint structure.
will have you exercising in and out of a chair to help increase your strength, flexibility and balance. This class is for those who need a gentle approach to exercise.
Glutes & Core
offers exercises designed to isolate and activate all areas of the glutes. This class will also keep your heart rate up while strengthening the core.
incorporates all elements of fitness, increases cardio endurance, builds your strength and improves your balance and flexibility.
is sixty minutes of athletic cardio training that uses a step in a wide variety of ways. This highly effective workout will get your heart pounding as you improve your cardio fitness, agility, coordination, power and strength with exciting music and motivational coaching.
will help you grow longer and stronger as you explore both yoga and Pilate’s movements. Center your energy, reduce stress and smile.
is a barbell-based program that will help strengthen all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment.
encourages you to roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body.
is a high-intensity interval training class with various training techniques, allowing you to give one hundred percent effort, through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
practice is all about the basics. A slower moving class, you will be asked to hold each pose for several breaths. The sequence of forty postures and breathing exercises will open, strengthen and relax the entire body and is adaptable to meet individual needs.
is a gentle hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach and emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life.
is designed for anyone starting a fitness program and for active older adults (60+). Class includes cardio, weights, balance, core and flexibility.

Stability Ball & Bands
(Beg./ Int.) Using stability balls, bender balls and resistance bands, this class will improve your posture, flexibility and strength.
Strength & Conditioning
gets you back to basics with a class that will challenge your fitness level. You will skip, jump, row and do some push ups too!
combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves, synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music.
will push you through twenty second intervals of cardio, core, balance and strength with a ten second rest between each interval. Join us for this efficient, full body, calorie-burning class where you choose your intensity level.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow
creatively strings together a variety of traditional postures so you move seamlessly from one to another, linking movement with breath. Re-energize your body, mind and soul.
provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yang and Yin styles of yoga. This class will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. The Yin style of long-held passive poses will open the body to more flexibility and quiet the mind to close your practice.
offers an initial warm-up, followed by a series of individual or flow connected poses. Class ends with a focus on relaxation to integrate body, mind and spirit.
Yoga for Everyone

combines the awesome toning and power of step aerobics, with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings to the dance floor. Zumba Step increases cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.
Zumba Toning uses Zumba Toning Sticks to help you focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged! These lightweight maraca-like sticks will enhance your sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
