Early Learning Centre – Full-time Care
What is Full-Time Early Learning?
Our YMCA Early Learning Centre provides a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment where children can learn through play, build relationships, explore and grow at their own pace.
Our program follows both the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum and the New Brunswick Curriculum Framework, providing engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
Throughout the day, children have opportunities to explore science, numeracy, literacy, art, music and drama. Physical activity is also an important part of the program, with children enjoying our outdoor spaces, gymnasium, play climber and studios.
Children in our Early Learning program also receive one swim time a week.
