Our goal is to eliminate financial barriers and provide as many people as possible with Y programs and services that help make life healthier and happier.
Membership Assistance Program
The YMCA of Fredericton wants everyone to have the opportunity to take part in its programs and enjoy its facilities and services. Financial assistance is available for those who feel they would benefit from joining the YMCA, but are unable to pay the full membership fee.
The Membership Assistance program is supported by dollars raised through the YMCA of Fredericton’s Strong Communities Campaign. It is through the outstanding generosity of our YMCA family and friends that everyone can have a YMCA experience.
Applying for Membership Assistance is easy and confidential. Take a free tour of the YMCA. This is a great way to learn more about our workout areas, schedules and programs. After the tour, you may request an application form from the Welcome Desk staff. The application form can also be found at the bottom of this page. Please fill out the form and return it to the Welcome Desk, along with the required supporting information, to be considered for the Membership Assistance Program.
