Foodbank list Help us help others this holiday season! You can drop off your non-perishable items between December 1 - 15 at the YMCA of Fredericton. We have boxes set up under the holiday tree in our front lobby.

Informed by protective factors contributing to youth mental health, YCAP provides a multi-faceted approach to increase knowledge and skills, supporting positive youth development.”

We'll paint the town #yellow in support of the Capital Region Mental Health & Addictions Association Brighter Days campaign for mental illness. This is not a fundraiser but a party for happiness.
