We’re happy to be a part of these important conversations. Informed by protective factors contributing to youth mental health, YCAP provides a multi-faceted approach to increase knowledge and skills, supporting positive youth development.”

We'll paint the town #yellow in support of the Capital Region Mental Health & Addictions Association Brighter Days campaign for mental illness. This is not a fundraiser but a party for happiness. YMCA members participate for free. Drop-ins are $5.00 + HST. All are welcome!
