YMCA of Fredericton Launches YMCA at Home

FREE YMCA Virtual Programs

 The YMCA of Fredericton, along with other participating YMCAs across Canada, has launched free online programming and workouts through a new digital platform: YMCA at Home. The YMCA remains committed to helping everyone stay healthy and connected to their communities. YMCA at Home will allow them to do that from the comfort of their homes.

This is an excellent free online platform to help keep all of us healthy and active. Activities are tailored for all levels and audiences including adults, families, kids and seniors.

YMCA at Home features programming and workouts from YMCAs all over Canada and will help everyone get their daily dose of their favourite YMCA programs. New activities are being added regularly. Learn more about YMCA at Home by visiting www.ymcahome.ca.
