    Dear Y Members:
To say that these are unprecedented times is an understatement.  One month ago we temporarily closed our doors in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  As a socially responsible community organization, we felt it was important to help with our Community’s efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19.  As I reach out today, our #1 priority is for you to be well.  Your health and well-being is the most important thing to us, whether we are together in the same building or we are in our own homes.  It is about Community.

While we are practicing social distancing, the YMCA is offering free online workouts through the new YMCA Home Program!  https://www.ymcahome.ca/
    YMCA Home Features

YThrive - will help you get your daily dose of YMCA fitness and community with amazing workouts designed for all fitness levels.
